1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for an account or using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and agree to these Terms in their entirety.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. Prohibited activities include:

• Unauthorized Access: Attempting to access accounts or data not belonging to you.
• Malicious Use: Introducing viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Misrepresentation: Providing false or misleading information.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Savingy offers subscription plans (e.g., Basic, Pro, Expert) with varying features and fees. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as outlined during subscription.
• Provide accurate billing information.
• Choose a new fixed access period if you want Pro after the current period lapses.

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days’ notice. Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and materials provided through the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and code, are the exclusive property of Savingy or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Savingy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Savingy, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at our discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected fraud, or other activities deemed harmful to Savingy or its users. You may terminate your account by contacting support@savingy.com. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases, but obligations such as payment of outstanding fees remain.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of West Bengal, India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notifications at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
