6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to enhance functionality, analyze usage, and personalize content. You may manage cookie preferences through your browser settings, though disabling cookies may impact Service functionality.
We use analytics (Mixpanel, Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement) to understand how Savingy is used. This includes a masked replay of your visit so we can see where the product confuses people. The replay captures layout, navigation and where you clicked — every piece of text and every value you type is masked before it leaves your browser, and charts, images and uploads are excluded entirely. We never record sign-in, password, payment, profile or admin screens. Analytics is on by default. You can turn it off at any time in your Profile, which stops any recording already in progress and removes Google Analytics cookies from your browser.
7. International Data Transfers
Your data may be processed in India or other countries where our servers or service providers are located. Provider locations and safeguards are governed by their current service terms and Savingy's configured deployment.
8. Retention of Data
We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy or as required by law. Financial data is retained for seven years to comply with tax and audit requirements.
9. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware of such data, we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notifications at least 30 days before they take effect.
