Your Data Rights
Savingy is built on absolute trust. In strict accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store guidelines and applicable data protection law, including India's DPDP Act, we honour your right to be forgotten. If you choose to leave us, we ensure your digital footprint is securely and permanently erased from our systems.
What gets permanently deleted:
- Your account profile (email, phone, name)
- All logged expenses, incomes, and budgets
- Your custom financial goals and timelines
- Wallet rewards, streaks, and analytics history
What we retain (temporarily):
- Anonymized transactional metadata for system audits (kept for 30 days maximum).
- Records of deletion requests (for legal compliance).
Critical Warning:
This action is strictly irreversible. Once your data is deleted, it cannot be recovered or restored under any circumstances. If you have an active Pro subscription, please ensure you cancel it via your respective app store before requesting deletion to prevent future charges.
How to Request Deletion
To protect your account from malicious or accidental deletion, we require identity verification. Please send a deletion request using the exact email address registered to your Savingy account. Our automated systems will process this request within 48 hours.
